Can I request a specific appointment time?

Yes where possible we try to fit in with your time schedule.  Appointments are conducted as follows -

• Australia – Tuesday to Friday 8 am till 5 pm
• USA/Canada – Monday to Thursday – evenings
• Europe – Tuesday to Friday – mornings
• Asia – Tuesday to Friday – morning to mid afternoon
