- Information collection – paid at time of booking - $75AUD
- Treatment plan - Case analysis and remedy instructions sent by email (within 1 week of receiving proforma and photos) - $200AUD
Initial appointment with Grant Bentley, via Skype or phone $160AUD
Follow up appointments with Grant Bentley, via Skype or phone $160AUD

*The payment of $75AUD for Information Collection is only valid for 6 months from the date of transaction. It can be transferred to another patient or family member, prior to sending through the photos and proforma, if the current patient doesn't want to continue with their first appointment. This amount is not refundable, except within seven days of receiving the receipt.
