Contact between appointments

Your practitioner will speak with you about any special contact they require.

Send appointment issues in a separate email.

Keep notes for your next consultation – your practitioner does not require regular feedback unless you have a case/remedy query. Fees apply for more than 3 emails between appointments – your practitioner will waive these fees if you require urgent help. Please contact your local medical services first in any emergency.

To help get a response from your practitioner as quickly as possible please send the following with every patient email.

  • Name of practitioner
  • Full name of patient
  • Name of remedy
  • Potency of remedy (30C, 200C etc)
  • Frequency of remedy
  • Approx how many days/weeks/months on the remedy
  • Brief description of what is happening (symptoms)
