You booking has been put on a waiting list. You will NOT be sent an invoice at this stage.

Clinic process summary

1. Invoice sent for your first payment – for health data collection & booking
2. Invoice paid by you
3. We send instructions for photos and a health proforma
4. We check the photos and may ask for a 2nd or 3rd round (specific instructions after seeing the first lot of photos
5. First case analysis booked with Grant Bentley – usually 2-3 weeks after photos completed
6. First case analysis – Grant Bentley will do your first case analysis from your health proforma and photos – you are not present
7. First remedy taken for 3-4 weeks
8. First follow up – email/phone/video – with Grant Bentley (note phone and video waiting times are often 4+ months – fast track email consultations only are available – we will offer you the choice based on current bookings
9. Follow ups booked at 4-6 weekly intervals then spread out as case improves

Fees

1. Data collection – $95AUD
2. First case analysis – $200AUD
3. All follow ups (email, Skype, phone) – $160AUD

If you are a new patient

• You will be sent an email within 3 working days with a request to choose your preferred method to commence as a new patient. We currently process new patient bookings Mondays and Fridays (Australia eastern time)
• You will be sent an invoice to pay the first payment for health information collection – health proforma and facial photos ($95AUD).
• This payment is refundable within 7 days if you HAVE NOT sent your health information to us within that time.
• This payment is valid for 6 months from day of booking
• Once you choose your preferred consultation method, you will be sent a health proforma and instructions for facial analysis photos.

The health information collection fee includes –

• Checking of all photos
• Request and check of video (if required)
• Request for new photos with details of how to upgrade the photos if required
• An online session for taking screen photos (if requested or required)
• Set up of the new patient file
• First case analysis booked with Grant Bentley
• Advice on how to take photos or fill out health proforma as requested
• Schedule of appointments (first case analysis – Grant Bentley only. Follow ups – email or phone or video or combination depending on schedule availability for phone/video)
• First case analysis – Grant will choose your first remedy BEFORE he speaks with you ($200AUD) – payable 2 days prior to analysis
• Remedy to be ordered by patients outside Australia
• Remedy will be sent to patients within Australia
• Payments must be made by you after payment invoice is received to progress to the next stage of the clinic process.

If you are an existing patient updating your details to rejoin the clinic

You are regarded as a follow up patient if your last appointment was within one year – you will be sent an appointment time and an invoice to pay 2 days prior to the appointment.

If your last appointment was over one year, you will be regarded as a new patient and sent a new health proforma and facial analysis photo instructions for a new set of facial photos.
