HFA Course Enrolment Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms apply to the recorded Homeopathic Facial Analysis (HFA) courses provided by VCCH Homeopathy.
Please read them before enrolling.
1. Courses and fees
| Course | Classes | Teaching time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intro to Homeopathy & HFA | 10 | Approximately 7.5 hours | A$275 |
| Advanced Practitioner Course (APC) | 40 | Approximately 30 hours | A$1,395 |
| Intro + APC Package | 50 | Approximately 37.5 hours | A$1,570 |
The combined package saves A$100 compared with purchasing the two courses separately.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Australian GST is included where applicable.
Books and software are purchased separately.
2. Course prerequisites
Intro is suitable for newcomers, interested members of the public, homeopathy students and practitioners.
Intro establishes the foundations and terminology used throughout the Advanced Practitioner Course.
Students must complete Intro before commencing APC unless VCCH has confirmed that their previous HFA training meets the prerequisite.
Students purchasing the combined package begin with Intro before progressing to APC.
3. Enrolment and payment
To enrol, complete the course registration form on the VCCH website.
VCCH will review your request and, once accepted, issue an invoice through Square, normally within three business days.
Course access will be arranged after payment has been received and finalised.
Submission of an enrolment form does not provide immediate access to the recordings.
4. Course access
All courses provide 12 months of online access from the date of course activation.
For the combined Intro + APC package, both courses are activated together. The same 12-month access period applies to both courses.
Students should begin with Intro before progressing to APC.
During their access period, students may watch and revisit the recorded classes at their own pace.
Recordings are streamed online and cannot be downloaded.
Access extensions may be available by arrangement. Students should contact VCCH before their access period expires to discuss availability and any applicable fee.
5. Books and software
The HFA Workbook and HFA in the Clinic are strongly encouraged for comprehensive learning.
Repertory and HFA facial analysis software are also encouraged to support practical study of the method.
Books and software are not included in the course fees and must be purchased separately.
Students should consider these additional resources before enrolling.
6. Teaching support and mentoring
APC enrolment, including the combined Intro + APC package, includes one complimentary 30-minute online repertory session with Louise Bentley.
Students may email questions about course material within the published support arrangements.
Additional individual mentoring is available by arrangement at A$150 per hour.
Mentoring is optional and is not required to complete the recorded courses.
7. Recordings and teaching materials
Course recordings and teaching materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.
Students must not copy, download, record, distribute, sell or publicly share recordings or protected course materials without permission from VCCH.
Some teaching material includes confidential information from recorded educational sessions.
Students must respect the privacy of individuals whose cases or experiences are discussed.
Course login details must not be shared with others.
8. Course completion
Courses are self-directed and do not include formal examinations.
A letter of completion is available on request after completing the relevant course.
The courses do not provide a nationally recognised professional qualification or independently assessed accreditation.
Students seeking professional-development recognition should check with their own professional association.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Before activation
Students may request cancellation and a full refund of course fees paid if their course has not yet been activated.
For combined-package enrolments, this applies before either course has been activated.
After activation
Once course access has been activated, refunds are not ordinarily available for a change of mind, lack of time to study or a decision not to continue.
Consumer rights
If a course is not supplied as described, has a significant access problem attributable to VCCH, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, students may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Students wishing to request cancellation or a refund should use the Contact Us form on our website.
10. Technical access
Students require a suitable device and internet connection to stream the recorded classes.
If difficulties arise accessing the course, students should contact VCCH through the website.
VCCH will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical access problems within its control.
Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Educational purpose
HFA courses provide education in the approach developed by Grant Bentley and taught by Louise Bentley.
The courses are educational and do not constitute personal healthcare, diagnosis, treatment or ongoing clinical supervision.
Course completion does not by itself provide professional registration or authorisation to practise a regulated health profession.
12. International students
VCCH welcomes students from Australia and overseas.
Course fees are charged in Australian dollars. International students may incur currency conversion charges or other fees from their payment provider.
Students are responsible for checking whether the courses meet their own educational or professional requirements.
Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted during enrolment is handled in accordance with the VCCH Privacy Policy, available on our website.
14. Contact VCCH
For questions about enrolment, payments, course access, cancellations or refunds, please use our Contact Us form.
We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
