Ten years ago I found myself at a crossroads. I was almost finished with my classical homeopathic studies and wondering if I could realistically start a clinical practice to help others with chronic illness like myself. It was also important to me to share with others the amazing power of homeopathy for both acute and chronic illness. It was a tough decision because on one hand my own health was poor, and more importantly, I had zero confidence in my ability to successfully practice homeopathy. As a student, I had practiced on friends, family and animals with mixed results. It was hit or miss – like trying to find a needle in a haystack – there were too many methods for case analysis and thousands of possible remedies to choose from! The more I learned, the more confused I got, doubting both myself and homeopathy. And I asked myself how could I expect to help others, when I had not been able to heal myself – even after consulting several CCH homeopaths during my years as a homeopathic student? I was almost ready to give up on homeopathy when, thankfully, HFA fell in my lap! While learning how to use the HFA method, I gained the confidence and skills to help others, and was able to treat myself so my own health improved significantly. Ten years of using HFA exclusively has taught me how simple and easy homeopathy can be because HFA streamlines the process and saves time with case-taking, analysis and repertorising. With HFA I expect and get consistently good results – most often on the very first remedy prescribed. There is no need to psychoanalyze your client and ask those difficult, detailed and personal questions that are painful to relate and hear for both you and them. Clients are more comfortable during the short interview and return happy now believing in homeopathy. HFA has never let me down in finding the constitutional remedy for a client or animal. If you practice homeopathy, HFA is the only method you will need in your toolkit. It works that well.

Having studied with Grant and Louise nearly 12 years ago, I can honestly say my understanding of the miasms and their impact on our health and our clients is far better than other students and practitioners that I have met. Whilst my acute prescribing skills are good, the HFA miasms give me an even better ability to prescribe remedies with much more accuracy and results, not only in acute, but in chronic as well. Thank you for the 10 extra sessions. I cannot get enough of all the case examples! This method cleanly and clearly cuts through a lot of vague and multi interpretable terms regarding mind and emotional issues. As a psychologist I know all too well how different narratives can shape our views and experiences. We all see through multi coloured lenses and this method cuts down on a lot of crap and vagueness as it is as much objectively based as possible! Suits me to the max!

Over 10 yrs ago, I bought the 3 HFA books to read. As a student of homeopathy I liked the concept, and even though I didn’t fully understand it, it resonated with me. Unfortunately I was still training, and time and money meant I didn’t do the course that was offered at the time. This meant when I tried to use the system, I didn’t use it properly and only had minimal success with it.

I tried setting up a clinic a couple of times and they both didn’t get off the ground. I did multiple online courses with many practitioners, and even though my knowledge of homeopathy grew (and I had wonderful success here and there) I still felt like I was taking a stab at the ‘correct’ remedy whenever I was prescribing constitutionally. Miasms were just a constant battle to look for and I never felt confident that I had it right. Very depressing. Finally, I returned to the HFA and did the online course.

Wow! I feel like all the guesswork has been taken out of the equation. It makes so much sense, is super easy to use….and it works! It gave me the confidence to ‘open’ my clinic again and my success rate speaks for itself. I now can see a future with a successful practice in it. People come back now because they can see that homeopathy does work, and they also talk to their friends… 🙂

I chose Grant and HFA after my two sons were going to a homeopath who did not practice HFA. We were getting results from homeopathy, enough that I was very intrigued but when my middle son went away to college his homeopath could not help his anxiety with a remedy. I was very frustrated and a patient of Grant’s referred me to him. Once both of my boys were given their color group or miasm thats when things rapidly started to improve for them and for me. Immediately my middle son’s anxiety got better and my youngest son’s tics started to dissipate. We have been clients for well over 7 years now and are enjoying huge gains.
